Goldcrest Ranch is a family-owned Washington agriculture and orchard operations business based in Moses Lake. Founded in 2020, we run 2 locations in the Yakima Valley and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.
About the role
You'll care for crops in a controlled greenhouse environment: seeding, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting on schedule. You'll monitor climate systems, irrigation, and nutrient levels, log readings and adjust settings within set ranges, and scout plants daily for pests and disease so problems are caught at the first leaf, not the hundredth. You'll also help with cleaning, sanitation protocols, and order preparation.
What you will bring
You're observant, consistent, and comfortable with warm, humid working conditions and repetitive plant work done to a standard. Greenhouse, nursery, or horticulture experience helps, along with basic comfort recording data and following integrated pest management practices carefully.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in greenhouse, nursery, or horticultural work, or related training
- Attention to detail in crop monitoring and record keeping
- Comfort working in warm, humid conditions with repetitive tasks
