About the role

You'll do the daily physical work that keeps a farm running: feeding and checking livestock or tending crops, moving equipment and supplies, repairing fences, cleaning barns and pens, and helping with seeding and harvest when the season demands. Tasks change with the weather and the calendar, so no two weeks look the same. You'll work outdoors in all conditions alongside a small crew.

What you will bring

You're dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working outside in heat, cold, and rain. Farm experience helps but isn't required if you learn fast and show up every day. You take direction well, treat animals and equipment with care, and don't wait around to be told the obvious.
