About the role

You'll operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or skid steers on active work sites, moving material, grading surfaces, and digging to spec. You'll do daily walk-around inspections, report defects before they become breakdowns, and work around ground crews with constant awareness of who is near your machine. Some days you'll switch between machines; others you'll spend a full shift on one task done precisely.

What you will bring

You have real seat time on heavy equipment and the tickets or training to prove it. You take direction from site supervisors well, treat spotters and labourers as partners rather than obstacles, and would rather stop and check than guess near a trench or overhead line.
