About the role

You'll run the crew on site. Day to day you'll plan each morning's work, assign tasks, walk the job to check quality and progress, and keep material and equipment arriving before the crew needs it. You'll enforce safety practices, run toolbox talks, track hours and production, and be the point of contact between the field and the project manager. When something goes sideways, you'll make the call that keeps work moving.

What you will bring

You bring years of trade experience and the respect that comes from working harder than the people you lead. You communicate clearly, plan a day realistically, and hold the line on safety even when the schedule is tight. A valid driver's licence is typically required.
